Monthly Round Robin Tournaments - Summer 2025
Registration Details: Registration will close 3 days prior to the event. Your spot is not finalized and your registration is not complete until both your online payment and this Google form registration are received.

Description: 3.0-3.49 / 3.5-4.0 Round Robin Tournaments are for teams of two who will play round robin style (multiple pools if more than 10 teams) and the top teams will compete in a semifinal and/or final round.
Location: Darden Towe Park - courts reserved by CEVA for the event.
Upcoming Event Dates/Times: **each month, we will adjust the day/time this event is offered to allow for a variety of players with varying schedules to be able to participate**
Saturday, September 20 @ 10am - 3.5-4.0 Level Fixed Partner Mixed Doubles Round Robin
Saturday, October 25 @ 10am - 3.0-3.49 Level Rotating Partner Round Robin (no partner req'd)
Cost: $25 per person. All proceeds go to the Darden Towe Court Expansion Project. Both payment on the CEVA website and this Google form must be received before your registration is complete.
Level of Play: There will be separate leveled events - one for the 3.0-3.49 level teams, another for 3.5-4.0 level teams, and another for the 4.0+ teams on different dates. If you have questions about which level you should play in, please contact CEVA Pickleball and we will assist in placing you at the appropriate level.
DUPR Entered: Yes. All matches will be entered into DUPR. Learn more about DUPR here.
Player Count: Minimum of 6 teams and maximum of 20 teams in each level event.
Waitlist: Will be available. Waitlisted players/teams will be notified.
Scoring: Traditional scoring, games to 11, win by 2.
Format: Players enter as a fixed team of two and play each other team in the round robin or pool (depending on number of teams entered). Minimum of 5 games guaranteed (potential for more depending on # of teams entered and also for top teams that move into semi-final and/or final rounds). Rankings will be determined based upon number of wins/losses in the round robin or pool (in the case of a tie, point differential will be used) and top teams will proceed to a championship bracket.
